Join us on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg for a full day connecting transit agencies, suppliers, manufacturers, technology providers and industry leaders. Explore innovative products, services and solutions shaping the future of public transit.

The 2026 CUTA Annual Conference & Transit Show brings together public transit agencies, business members, government partners, suppliers, and industry leaders from across Canada.

Over four days in Winnipeg, delegates will take part in committee meetings on Sunday, concurrent sessions, networking, and technical tours on Monday, the Transit Show on Tuesday, and additional networking and concurrent sessions on Wednesday. The event is designed to connect Canada’s public transit community and support conversations across the sector.

No. Registration fees apply. Confirmed speakers are eligible for a one-day speaker discount.

Information collected during registration will be used for internal event purposes, including attendee management, content planning, and marketing for future CUTA events. 

On or before August 31: Receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.

 September 1 – September 30: Receive either a 50% refund or a 50% credit toward the 2027 Spring Conference.

 October 1 – October 31: Receive a 50% credit toward the 2027 Spring Conference. 

On or after November 1: No refunds or credits will be issued. 

Yes. To transfer a ticket, please contact conferences@cutaactu.ca

Yes. Non-members can register at the non-member rate. To inquire about membership, please contact membership@cutaactu.ca.

Yes. All attendee registrations include access to the CUTA Social Evening.

Yes. While at the event, you will have the option to purchase a guest add-on for social evenings. 

From Winnipeg Richardson International Airport, take Winnipeg Transit Route 15 from the airport toward downtown and get off near Donald Street. From there, the Delta Hotels by Marriott Winnipeg at 350 St. Mary Avenue is a short walk away. Please check Winnipeg Transit’s trip planner before travelling, as schedules and stops may vary.
